Right of withdrawal.

Due to our hygiene regulations, we cannot take back used or opened fragrances. Dirty, used, opened or damaged goods will not be taken back and will be returned to the sender.

The return costs and the shipping risk to our returns department are to be borne by the buyer in any case.

The costs that arise when the customer has given an incorrect address, even if it is only an additional address, will under no circumstances be borne by INHALE Perfume Bar.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to a partially complete/incorrect shipping address.

​

Cancellations cannot be guaranteed as INHALE Perfume Bar works with an automated logistics system. Once your package has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.

In the event of damage, INHALE Perfume Bar has the right to demand evidence that proves the damaged goods. If no such evidence can be provided, we are not liable for the damage.

Orders that include a discount cannot be returned.

The Austrian right of withdrawal applies to the entire online shop.
